By default, your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable Premium cloud sync, your data will be securely stored and synchronized using Firebase. While reasonable efforts are made to preserve data, the App is provided on an “as‑is” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted storage or synchronization.
The App provides general informational guidance regarding cocktails and wine. This information is not professional, medical, dietary, or legal advice. Drinking decisions remain solely your responsibility.
Any wine or alcohol guidance provided by the App is based on typical styles and common assumptions for home storage and consumption. Individual results may vary. The App does not guarantee drink quality, readiness, or preference outcomes.
You are responsible for any content you enter into the App, including notes, custom recipes, and inventory information. You retain ownership of your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, incorrect recommendations, or reliance on provided information.
You may stop using the App at any time. These Terms remain effective as long as you use the App.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
